We are looking for a motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Sales Personnel to join our growing team. This role involves actively marketing and selling renewable energy products, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell renewable energy products and services (e.g., solar panels, inverters, batteries).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customer segments.
Conduct client consultations to understand energy needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and technical presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and report on sales performance regularly.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or electrical products.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and components is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Must be willing to travel.
