The Office of the Vice Chancellor is urgently seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide executive support and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Vice Chancellor’s diary, appointments, and schedules.
- Handle correspondence, draft official documents, and prepare reports.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative and office management duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
