Overall Purpose of the Role:
To drive the growth, penetration, and operational excellence of the Super Dealer Agent network within your assigned zone. You will be responsible for achieving aggressive targets by effectively supervising field staff, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the network remains active, productive, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities & Strategic Actions
1. Meet Zonal Active Base & Penetration Targets
Data Analysis & Segmentation: Break down the "Active Base" and "Penetration" targets. Analyze current data to identify:
High-performing agents: Reward and replicate their success.
Under-performing agents: Diagnose issues (training, location, support).
Dormant agents: Reactivate them through incentives or retraining.
Untapped markets: Identify areas with low agent presence but high customer potential for new "penetration."
Develop Penetration Strategies: Create specific initiatives to penetrate new markets or customer segments
2. Employee Supervision & Management
Team Structure & Routines:
Establish clear reporting lines
Implement a daily/weekly check-in system.
Performance Management:
Monitor individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each employee.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for coaching, feedback, and support.
Training & Development: Identify skill gaps in your team and organize training sessions.
Motivation & Morale: Foster a positive team culture. Recognize and reward top performers to maintain high motivation.
3. Planning
This is the engine room of your operation. "Planning." encompasses the entire project management lifecycle.
Strategic Planning (Long-term):
Develop a quarterly/annual operational plan for the zone, aligned with project's overall objectives.
Plan for resource allocation (budget, manpower, promotional materials).
Tactical Planning (Short-term):
Weekly Action Plans: Create a detailed schedule for your team, specifying which agents to visit, which areas to penetrate, and what tasks to complete.
Route Planning: Optimize travel routes for your field team to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Contingency Planning: Have a "Plan B" for common challenges like agent attrition, network issues, or liquidity problems.
Qualifications and experience
1. Diploma or Degree in Banking and Finance, Business administration or equivalent
2. Three years of working experience in a similar role
3. Class A motor bike license or Motor vehicle license or both
