Alpha Quest Consultancy dealing in General Insurance products is looking for Sales and Marketing Manager to operate Lusaka on a well-paid and timely commission.
Duties
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives through new business development.
- Exceed marketing and sales financial objectives and developing annual sales budgets.
- Identifies marketing opportunities to meet customers’ needs.
- Sustains rapport with key stakeholders.
- Protects organisation’s values and reputation on the market place
- Managing Customer queries and requests
- Managing Sales Agents and their annual sales targets
- Reporting to management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Must hold a recognised Marketing and Sales Degree and/or Insurance Certification from a reputable institution.
- Have a minimum Grade 12 educational qualification.
- At least three (3) years relevant experience managing sales.
- Must have Insurance experience.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be computer literate.
