MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare consolidated reports
- Filing Statutory Obligations
- Prepare Documents and filing documents
- Making appointments for clients on behalf of the Director and other senior management staff and updating the diary
- General Bookkeeping/Accounting
- Quotation/Invoicing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Business Admin/Business Management or related
- Knowledge and application of Office Microsoft packages a must
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum working experience will be added advantage
