Location: Makeni Bonaventure area
We are a small kitchen looking for a skilled and experienced line cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Chinese and Italian styles of cooking, and have knowledge of seafood cooking. Having a motorcycle Licence and or driving Licence would be an added advantage. Living in the area or being prepared to move in to the area would also be an added advantage.
Following set recipes in written format or video
Cooking and preparing food items for service
Keeping their kitchen clean at the beginning, during, and end of their shift
Ensuring that food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies when necessary
Proven experience as a line cook with knowledge of Chinese and Italian styles of cooking, as well as seafood cooking
Motorcycle Licence and or driving Licence is an added advantage
Ability to follow set recipes in written format or video
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively
A passion for cooking and a commitment to providing high-quality food and service
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Willingness to keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout the shift
