Talent Acquisition Specialists
Represent the company’s products and services, using knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how the banks solutions meet customer needs. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps. Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook. Achieve sales targets. Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries.
Only candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing will be considered.
This position is initially a 3-month internship, which will be extended for another 3 months based on performance.
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Interacts With: Management and Employees. Clients and Customers
Utilize salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Report to Sales Manager with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Sales
Software: MS Office
Knowledge Of: Designing and implementing a successful sales strategy
Skills To: Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability To: Achieve sales targets effectively; manage the sales process and forecast sales
Other Requirements: Added advantage – Experience in a sales, POS, ecommerce and merchant industry
