Functions and Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service orientation and after sales service
- Drive promotion and sale of stock to achieve Sales budgets
- Monitor stock levels, order stock
- Reduce shrinkage by minimizing breakage
- Annual stock takes
- Understanding of procedures for goods collection, delivery, dispatch, ordering and returns
- Liaison with suppliers, merchandisers and buyers
- General understanding of competitors
Requirements:
- Relevant Design qualification
- Matric / Grade 12 essential
- 2-3 years relevant experience in retail hardware environment
- Kitchen design experience essential- expert knowledge in design & layout of kitchen cupboards’
- Ability to read architectural plans & drawing with quotation calculations
- Excellent product knowledge
- Computer literate; Kitchen Design systems advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Administrative skills
- Passion for customer service
