HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
A highly recognised hospital based in lusaka is looking for a Human Resources Manager.
This position is responsible for initiating and implementing Human Resources functions of the Organization in improving the organization’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent
- Knowledge on Zambia labor laws/ industrial relations
- Membership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management is a MUST
- 5 years post qualification experience
- Substantial experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment
