Seeking qualified individuals for our hotel opening July 2019
Job Purpose: To operate the kitchen in a professional manner, creating a menu, recipes, food costing, training, and maintaining an organized, high-quality product to guests dining at the hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create a full menu and recipes for a Family-Friendly and Steakhouse Restaurant
- Create and maintain a productive and clean kitchen
- Food costing and inventory
Qualifications
- Full grade twelve certificate
- Diploma in hospitality management/food production
- 5 years of experience in managing a kitchen and employees in a similar setting
- 35 years-old and above

- Food preparation skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
