- Direct sales Management

- Credit Control

- Inventory Management
CRITICAL OR TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Must be a natural sales person with administrative skills and a sound financial background.
- Mature but below 35 years and a strong interest in and an appreciation of IT products.
- Must have demonstrated performance management/ monitoring and coaching skills.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Honesty and High integrity
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Any tertiary qualification in Financial Management will be an added advantage.
- A clean, light motor vehicle drivers licence.
- Above 5 years managerial experience in Administration and/ or Marketing or a related area.
