Innovate General Insurance, a subsidiary of Innovate Holdings is a wholly owned Zambian Company with branches in Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe and Solwezi.
The Company invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the positions of CORPORATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing insurance products to corporate clients
- Examining insurance proposals for corporate clients
- Collecting background information and assessment of risks
- Writing quotations and negotiating the terms with brokers and clients
- Determining premiums , prompt premium collection
- Deciding the wording of policies
- Quick issuance of policy documents
- Preparing insurance policy terms and conditions
- Ensure policies are renewed before expiry period
- Liaising with insurance brokers and customers
- Processing business in the core system

QUALIFICATIONS
- Full grade twelve certificate
- Degree in Business related Studies
- Diploma/degree in insurance
- At least five years working experience in insurance
