AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Senior Learning & Development Officer.

The Senior Learning & Development Officer will be responsible for identifying organisational skills gaps and develop a bank-wide learning and development plan.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

Design and deliver onboarding, leadership, and role-based training programmes.
Develop/ Manage various learning interventions/ Staff Development programs.
Management of the Bank’s Learning Management System (eLearning Platform).
Support Performance Management through KPI capability building and targeted development intervention.
Measure training impact and report on learning effectiveness, coverage, and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:

Strategic thinking.
Stakeholder Management.
Results-driven and analytical.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Results-driven and analytical.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development or Human Resource of which 2 years should be in operations, preferably in a bank or regulated environment.
Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field or related experience. ZAQA certification is a must.
