We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Procurement Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s procurement and sourcing strategy. This senior role is responsible for driving cost efficiency, strengthening supplier partnerships, managing risk, and ensuring a reliable and sustainable supply chain that supports the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s overall procurement and sourcing strategy.
Lead, guide, and manage the procurement team to achieve high performance and efficiency.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate high-value contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term supply partnerships.
Evaluate supplier performance, compliance, and risk management.
Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply risks to ensure continuity of supply.
Drive cost-reduction, value-creation, and supplier-innovation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and logistics teams to support budgeting and planning.
Prepare senior-level reports, forecasts, and procurement performance dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or professional certification (CIPS, CPM, CSCP) is an advantage.
7–10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, including leadership roles.
