Beehive Associates Limited (BAL) is a consulting company established under the laws of Zambia. It was registered as a Limited Company under the laws of Zambia in 2015. The company is made up of highly experienced multi-disciplinary professionals. Each Beehive Associates team member has over 20 years of experience working with donor agencies in Zambia and Southern Africa, including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Department for International Development (DFID). Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Swedish Institute of Research, Uppsala University, and several United Nations (UN) agencies.

Beehives Associates accelerates collaboration in online course development, capacity building and programme/materials development in formal and non-formal settings to tackle local and global challenges in development, the environment, agriculture, health, water, sanitation and hygiene, and climate change. Our work is informed by participatory approaches to problem-solving through social learning. We collaborate with stakeholders and beneficiaries in training, capacity building, and programme/materials development. Using popular publishing methodologies. Our overall objective is to help individuals and organisations realise their developmental agendas using educational processes.
