Position Overview

The Back-Office Operations Intern will provide support to the Back-Office team by assisting with stock loading, transaction reversals, and general operational tasks.

This internship is designed to give hands-on experience in financial operations, customer support processes, and data handling within a fast-paced business environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in loading customer float under supervision.

• Support the processing of transaction reversals in line with guidelines.

• Help coordinate the repair and return of POS terminals. • Ensure all tasks are carried out accurately and within the set timelines.

• Respond to customer and merchant queries by escalating to the relevant team.

• Maintain proper documentation and records of operational activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Back-Office Operations Team Lead. As well as above, any other duties given by management

Accountability and Performance Measures

• Demonstrate accuracy and timeliness in data entry and stock loading.

• Understand the process flow for transaction reversals and POS terminal management.

• Gain exposure to query resolution and customer service support.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Grade 12 Certificate

• Added Advantage: Recently completed a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
