1. Government Liaison and Public Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

Handle full‑cycle application, renewal, amendment and annual inspection of all mining‑related licenses and permits.
Maintain daily communication with government departments, monitor policy changes and report potential risks.
Coordinate government inspections and official visits, resolve approval bottlenecks for the project.
Interpret local mining policies and provide internal reference for project operation.
Complete other government‑affair and public‑relation assignments from management.

Requirements

1. Experienced in government liaison and operation, familiar with mining license and permit application procedures.

2. Capable of communicating and negotiating with local government authorities independently.

3. Good at preparing application documents for mining permits, renewal, amendment and annual inspection.

4. Familiar with local mining laws and policies, proficient in official document drafting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in public relations from a well recognise institution.
Minimum of 5‑years relevant working experience in mining‑related government affairs / public relations.
Excellent communication skills
An affiliate member of the professional body

2. Human Resources Assistant (Personal Assistant to HR‑Admin Supervisor)

Position Profile: Act as dedicated assistant to the HR‑Admin supervisor, support end‑to‑end human resources and administrative work for the mining project, for both Chinese and local employees.

.Key Responsibilities

Support full recruitment cycle: resume screening, interview arrangement, interview note taking and preliminary candidate background check.
Execute daily HR operations: personnel file maintenance, attendance statistics, contract filing, on‑boarding & off‑boarding procedures.
Support local employee management: document sorting for security guards and casual workers, collect compliance materials.
Collect and organize documents for employee work permit & TEP application.
Assist administrative tasks including staff uniform ordering, material requisition, health‑safety inventory record‑keeping.
Perform other HR and administrative ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, contract administration, personnel file management and attendance management.
Highly organized, strong multi‑tasking capability and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of local labor regulations is a plus; able to support employee home visit and employment compliance verification.
5. Assist in document preparation for work permits and TEP applications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resource management from a well recognise institution.
3‑5 years hands‑on human‑resources working experience; prior experience in overseas mining / construction project is preferred.
Excellent communication skills
A member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
