Job Summary

CT Luxone is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B client base and manage customer relationships. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing CRM systems, and driving sales of CT Luxone products to companies, institutions, and organizations. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and skilled in relationship-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients (corporates, institutions, retailers, organizations).
Present CT Luxone as a reliable supplier of quality goods and custom-made products.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

CRM & Account Management

Manage and update client information using CRM tools.
Track leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales progress.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely after-sales support.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and orders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Brand Representation

Represent CT Luxone professionally at meetings, networking events, and trade engagements.
Promote CT Luxone’s products, services, and brand values.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience using CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term business relationships.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Good understanding of supplier–client business relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, uniforms, fashion, or corporate supply is an added advantage.
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of institutional and corporate procurement processes.
