DAMNESTE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (Company Registration No. 123968), is a diversified mining and exploration company with operations in Zambia, with a Newly Acquired Primary and Secondary mining development contract; Site - Mopani Copper Mines Pls : Mufurila Deeps Mining Site; invites suppliers for the supply and delivery of office equipment as detailed below. Our operations include copper and cobalt mining, with a focus on sustainable and responsible practices.

Capacity 500 GB (A bigger capacity is a plus)

Paper capacity: 250-sheet input tray + 50-sheet ADF.
Functions: duplex print/copy, network (Ethernet/Wi-Fi) & USB.

Boardroom Desk – 1 unit (10-person capacity)

Payment Terms

Payment will be made in 4 installments, monthly.
First payment will be made after complete delivery of equipment.

Evaluation Criteria

Technical compliance with specs: 40%.
Total cost (price competitiveness): 30%.
Delivery time: 20%
After-sales support & warranty: 10%
