About Us

DevLearn Impact Research is a Zambian consulting firm registered on June 28, 2025, as a private limited company. We provide technical and advisory services in monitoring, evaluation, research, project management, and capacity building. Our team comprises experienced and passionate development professionals committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based solutions. 

As a registered firm, we offer services to both public and private sector clients through the implementation of long- and short-term programs, high-quality research, specialized training, and the delivery of data-driven solutions in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL), data analysis, and data visualization. Our guiding principle is embodied in our slogan:

Our Services

1. Applied Research and Policy Analysis

We conduct rigorous, context-driven research to inform policy and development programming. Our work includes mixed-methods studies, political economy analysis, impact evaluations, and gender-sensitive research. We integrate data analytics and mathematical modelling to generate insights, simulate scenarios, and support systems thinking.

2. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning 

We design and implement MERL frameworks that support learning, adaptation, and accountability. Our services include baseline studies, outcome harvesting, and real-time monitoring. We incorporate predictive analytics, data visualisation, and quality assurance mechanisms (validity, precision, reliability, and timeliness) to strengthen data use and performance learning.

3. Institutional and Capacity Development

We strengthen institutional capacity through tailored training, coaching, and systems reviews. Our approach focuses on promoting sustainable change, effective knowledge utilisation, and performance improvement in NGOs, public bodies, and research networks. We build capacity in MERL systems, project design, and tools such as Stata, R, SPSS, KoboToolbox, and SurveyCTO.

4. Strategy Design and Technical Assistance

We support partners in strategic planning, program design, and operational alignment. We facilitate inclusive planning processes and provide advisory services on governance, economic inclusion, and digital transformation. We also support adaptive implementation and project management capacity.

5. Knowledge Translation and Learning Events

We turn evidence into action through policy briefs, infographics, learning convenings, and digital storytelling. Our participatory events foster shared learning, influence, and adaptive practice, helping organisations generate, reflect on, and act on insights for continuous improvement.
