Key Responsibilities:

-Welcome clients warmly and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.

-Manage reception duties, appointments, bookings, and enquiries.

-Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.

-Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial and client records.

-Coordinate schedules and provide administrative support to management and staff.

-Monitor office and general supplies and assist with inventory management.

-Assist with general office operations and any other administrative duties as assigned.

-Perform other duties reasonably assigned by management.

Requirements:

-Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

-Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role is an advantage.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

2.Female Cashier

Key Responsibilities

-Process cash, card, mobile money and POS transactions accurately.

-Handle daily cash-ups and reconciliations

-Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records

-Prepare monthly expense reports

-Provide friendly, professional customer service.

-Perform other duties reasonably assigned by management.

Requirements

-Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. An accounting or related qualification is an added advantage

-Previous cashier, retail or customer service experience

-Honest, reliable and trustworthy.

3.Chef

Responsibilities

-Prepare daily meals

-Maintain kitchen hygiene and organisation

-Plan menus and manage cooking supplies

-Proven cooking experience

-Ability to prepare a variety of meals
