About the Role

Fundit Capital Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to promote the company’s financial products and services, identify new clients, build strong customer relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, ethical, and able to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell Fundit Capital Solutions’ products and services to potential and existing clients.

· Identify, approach, and onboard new customers through field visits, referrals, phone calls, and networking.

· Explain product features, benefits, requirements, repayment terms, and company procedures clearly to clients.

· Assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions in line with company guidelines.

· Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

· Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve basic queries, and encourage repeat business.

· Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and performance expectations.

· Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community outreach activities.

· Work closely with the operations and credit teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and documentation.

· Represent the company professionally and maintain confidentiality, honesty, and compliance at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

· Certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, microfinance, banking, insurance, or field marketing is preferred.

· Good knowledge of customer relationship management and basic financial services is an advantage.
