Job Title: Tollgate Attendant (X1)

Department: Tollgate Operations

Reports To: Tollgate Attendant Supervisor

Location: Ndola

JOB SUMMARY

Assist with collecting Toll fees from motorists passing through the toll roads, and ensuring efficient traffic flow

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle cash, electronic payments and issue receipts to motorists.

· Balance cash/electronic payments with the Computerized System daily transactions

· Provide assistance and information to motorists regarding toll rates

· Observes traffic conditions and ensures compliance with toll booth operational procedures

· Assist in other duties as delegated

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

· Full grade 12 Certificate

· Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or other Business related discipline

· Minimum 1 year experience in similar role

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS

· Proficient in Excel

· Outstanding Organizational and time-management abilities

· Strong Ethics and Reliability

· Fluency in (written and verbal) English is essential

· Proficient in Chinese

· Highly organized, self motivated, honest, ability to work under pressure and privatize tasks

· Willing to learn and grow with the organization

· Excellent Interpersonal Skill

· Detail Oriented
