The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, accurate, and confidential Stenographer to provide comprehensive secretarial and transcription support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in documenting confidential meetings, hearings, and official correspondence, ensuring precision and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Take verbatim dictation using shorthand/stenography methods during meetings, interviews, hearings, and internal proceedings.
Transcribe dictated material accurately and efficiently into official documents, reports, and minutes.
Perform timely and accurate typing of correspondence, reports, and other documents
Maintain a confidential and highly organized filing system for sensitive documents and executive correspondence.
Manage the executive calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate logistics for meetings, and handle travel arrangements as required.
Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, phone calls, and visitors.
Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the executive office.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or equivalent.
Typing Speed: Proven typing speed of at least.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Stenographer, Court Reporter, or Executive Secretary, preferably in a environment.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document formatting.
Integrity: Unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
