Jubaili Agrotec Zambia is looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia.

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics coordination, customs clearing support, transport follow-up, procurement support, and operational documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating import and export shipment follow-up
Liaising with clearing agents, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams
Supporting customs documentation and regulatory compliance
Monitoring fleet documentation and operational logistics activities
Assisting with procurement processes, quotations, and supplier coordination
Tracking dispatches and ensuring timely deliveries

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in logistics or clearing operations preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
