Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

Utilize differentiated instructional strategies to plan learning activities and classroom groupings.
Develop and implement rigorous, age-appropriate lesson plans and assessments.
Work closely with school leaders to analyze pupil assessment data, monitor progress, and inform instructional decisions.
Collaborate with grade-level teams to review pupil work, share best practices, and plan academic events.
Engage families through strong relationships and consistent communication to support pupil learning.
Demonstrate genuine care, belief, and commitment to pupils’ personal and academic success.
Commit to continuous professional growth, self-reflection, and openness to feedback.

Education, Experience, and Skills

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Diploma and/or Degree in Education with a record of academic and/or professional achievement.
Valid TCZ Certification (completed).
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a private school.
Proven experience teaching in upper school.
Strong commitment to pupil achievement with high expectations for all learners.
Ability to motivate, support, and challenge pupils in a child-centered, standards-driven classroom.
Positive mindset with a strong drive for personal and professional excellence.
Resilience and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
Outstanding instructional skills informed by data and delivered through engaging, rigorous strategies.
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
