We are inviting suitably qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the position of Loan Officer in our Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and recruit potential clients for loan products.
Assess loan applications and evaluate customers’ financial capacity.
Conduct client visits and verify information provided in loan applications.
Educate clients on loan products, terms, and repayment conditions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Prepare loan documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Promote the company’s products and services through sales and marketing activities.

Job Requirements

Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Basic understanding of financial analysis and credit assessment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good understanding of customer service principles.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
