Job Description:

Mayiko Infrastructure Limited is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Orderly to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting office operations and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining offices and workspaces
Preparing and serving tea to office staff
Assisting in cooking and food service as needed
Keeping a hygienic and orderly environment across office areas
Supporting with filing, photocopying, faxing, and office deliveries
Helping with basic gardening tasks as required
Carrying out any additional duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role

Education:

Certificate Level or higher
Grade 12 qualification is preferred

Mandatory Skills:

Basic filing and record-keeping
Basic culinary/cooking knowledge and experience

Preferred Skills:

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
