No prior professional experience is required. We are looking for "raw talent" and a great attitude, we will provide the training and the gear!

The Roles

Video Production Assistants: You’ll help with camera setup, lighting, and capturing behind-the-scenes footage.
Sound Recordists: You’ll focus on capturing crisp audio on-site, managing microphones, and monitoring sound levels during shoots.

Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work. Production schedules depend on every team member!
Eagerness to Learn: You aren’t afraid to ask questions and get your hands dirty with technical gear.
Team Players: Production is a team sport. You enjoy working with others to bring a vision to life.
Flexibility: This is a part-time role, perfect for students or freelancers looking to break into the industry.
