Job Purpose

To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies that promote the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Promote and sell company products to farmers, agro-dealers, and corporate clients.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Conduct product demonstrations and field visits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Prepare sales reports and meet monthly targets.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and field days.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing (agribusiness experience is an added advantage). Graduates seeking to begin their careers in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Valid driver’s license (added advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
