Established in 2024, PROPITIOUS JOURNEY LIMITED. Zambia is a dynamic Chinese-invested heavy goods transportation enterprise rooted in Kitwe, the core city of Zambia’s Copperbelt Province. Leveraging a professional fleet of 72 Shacman Delong F3000 heavy-duty trucks, we specialize in the local transportation market, providing safe, efficient, and compliant integrated transportation solutions for mineral resources, industrial goods, and bulk commodity trade.
Kitwe, Zambia’s second-largest city and the industrial hub of the Copperbelt Province, serves as a key node for the exploitation and processing of mineral resources (copper, cobalt, etc.) in Southern Africa, as well as a critical logistics and transportation hub. Based on this strategic location, we precisely meet local demands for mineral transportation, cross-border material circulation, and industrial auxiliary material distribution. Our business covers the entire territory of Zambia and extends to neighboring Southern African countries such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zimbabwe, forming a transportation network characterized by "full coverage within the country and seamless cross-border connection" to provide customers with door-to-door full logistics support.
The core capacity of our fleet consists of 72 Shacman Delong F3000 heavy-duty trucks. Built on the German MAN technology platform, these trucks are equipped with the "golden power combination" of Weichai engines, Fast gearboxes, and Hande drive axles. Having undergone rigorous testing over millions of kilometers, they deliver outstanding performance under harsh working conditions such as high temperatures, heavy loads, and unpaved roads, achieving a high reliability record of 1.32 million kilometers without major overhauls. Tailored to Zambia’s complex road conditions—muddy during the rainy season and dusty during the dry season—the vehicles feature high-strength frames and reinforced suspension systems, boasting industry-leading load-bearing capacity and stability. They not only meet the requirements of heavy-load climbing in mining areas but also ensure efficient attendance for long-distance transportation, guaranteeing the safe and on-time completion of transportation tasks through superior hardware.
Since our establishment one year ago, adhering to the operational philosophy of "compliance as the foundation, service as the core, and efficiency as the soul," we have rapidly established a sound localized operational system:
• In compliance management: We strictly abide by the vehicle registration, annual inspection, and third-party liability insurance requirements of Zambia’s Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA). All drivers hold valid qualifications, and salary, social security, and tax declarations are fully in line with local labor laws and tax policies.
• In operational support: We collaborate with Shacman’s authorized service stations in Zambia and local maintenance teams, stock core spare parts in advance, and implement a maintenance system of "three daily checks and regular maintenance" to minimize vehicle downtime.
• In team building: Adopting a model of "Chinese technical supervision + localized driver teams," we strengthen training on safe driving and cross-cultural communication, and build a strong defense line for transportation safety through an incentive mechanism linking performance to safety.
Despite being in operation for only one year, we have quickly gained a foothold in the market with our professional fleet configuration, localized operational capabilities, and efficient service response, emerging as a reliable new partner for mineral transportation and industrial logistics in Kitwe and surrounding areas.
