Business Development manager

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business growth strategy, drive revenue generation, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions for clients.

- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans.

- Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development.

- Minimum 3 years' experience within the financial services sector.

- Experience in invoice discounting and/or order finance will be a distinct advantage.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general IT skills will be an added advantage.
