Role Overview:

Responsible for sending out RFQ/RFP/RFI, conducting commercial adjudication and placing orders once approved. Commercial officer is also responsible for submission of all documentation such as quotations, invoices, reports, good received notes etc. covering all Commercial aspects. Further, the job holder engages with customers/potential customers and maintains positive customer relations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sending enquiries and adjudicating for order purposes
Raise purchase orders in liaison with Finance department.
Monitoring and reporting of consumables.
Keep tracks on all incoming consignments with regards to Inbound and Outbound logistics.
Offer support to Supervisors with regards to coordination of Copper Cathode and Sulphide Concentrate exports.
Offer support to Supervisors with regards to all Cobalt sale.
Update Third party spreadsheet.
Generate Good Received Notes for Copper Ore.
Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by Superior.

Preferred candidate qualifications & experience

Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma in CIPS| Business Studies
At least 2(two) years working experience in a related field
Valid Silicosis Certificate
