Scorpion Power Zambia Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Manage sales cycles from lead generation to closing, specifically within the hire purchase and lending sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in the financial services and retail sectors.
Prepare regular reports on sales targets, marketing reach, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing (a Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage).
Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in Marketing and Sales.
Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in Hire Purchase and Money Lending environments is essential.
Skills: * Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and traditional sales techniques.
Ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
