About the Role:

Smartron Strategy Limited is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategy implementation, with commissions available for every successful deal closed.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients and introduce Smartron’s services (Digital Marketing, IT Solutions, HR Services, Labour Hire).
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
