We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage day-to-day inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining stock integrity and compliance with Zambian health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against LPOs and invoices.
Organize and label stock following the FEFO principle.
Prepare and dispatch goods in coordination with relevant teams.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
Supervise warehouse assistants or casual staff as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory control.
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems (e.g., Sage, Zoho Inventory).
Knowledge of ZRA documentation and warehouse safety standards.
Strong organizational and communication skills with high integrity.
