The aim of the Employer Survey 2014 was to ascertain the level of satisfaction with the service provided to employers by Go Zambia Jobs. The survey was sent to almost 100 employers who have placed job advertisements on www.gozambiajobs.com.
Key Findings
- 100% of employers would recommend www.gozambiajobs.com to other organisations as a way to place job adverts in Zambia
- 95% of employers stated that they were either “satisfied” or “extremely satisfied” with the customer service provided by Go Zambia Jobs
- 100% of employers stated that they were either “satisfied” or “extremely satisfied” with the speed of displaying job adverts
- 95% of employers stated that they were either “satisfied” or “extremely satisfied” with Go Zambia Jobs overall
Feedback
As part of the survey we also asked employers to provide suggestions on ways to improve www.gozambiajobs.com. Comments included:
- “It has become our favourite way of advertising…It has worked really well for us.”
and;
- “In our opinion the service is quite perfect and all we can do for now is to congratulate you for this fast and efficient service both to the job seeker and the employer.”
Conclusion
Overall we were delighted with the results of the Employer Survey 2014. We were especially delighted to learn that 100% of employers would recommend www.gozambiajobs.com to other organisations as a way to place job adverts in Zambia. We will continue our efforts to further enhance our service for the benefit of both employers and those looking to find employment in Zambia.
