ActionAid Zambia is inviting applications from well-established and reputable companies and businesses to register for inclusion on our database of suppliers and providers of goods and services for the period July 2020 to June 2021. Registered suppliers will be expected to enter a service contract and service level agreement for this period. Note that all current suppliers will have to re-register should they wish to continue doing business with ActionAid.
Category A-Services
- Consultancy services – E.g. Research, Software development Capacity Development, Team Building, Policy analysis, baseline survey, Governance board development, Documentaries, – please indicate any other area of specialization
- Advertising and publications – e.g, printing, print graphic designing, videography, photography, digital screens, static screens

- Interpretation of local languages and Translation of IEC materials into local languages

- Computer Equipment, Accessories, and Maintenance (hardware)
- Supply of General Stationery and Office Supplies
- Office furniture, Office Equipment, and Accessories
- Information and Communication Technology hardware and software supplies
Category C-General Maintenance
- Motor vehicle repairs and maintenance and panel beating
- Fuel and lubricants
- Generator equipment supply and maintenance
- Firefighting equipment supply and maintenance
- Provision of property preventive maintenance works/small building works including renovations, partitioning, plumbing, and electrical and related services.
- Supply and maintenance of Air Conditioners
- Supply and Maintenance of Office equipment such as Photocopies, scanner, computers, and Printers
- Cleaning and Landscaping
- Supply and Maintenance of Telephone equipment and accessories and call management systems.
Category D-Community Consumables
- Soft Drinks
- Mineral Water
- Biscuits
- Exercise books, pencils
- School uniforms (primary school).
Conditions
Applicants must send their profiles, Certificate of registration/incorporation, TPIN/VAT Registration, and Tax clearance certificate. Applicants must also include their telephone/fax numbers, physical and email addresses. For IT services, providers should show proof of being accredited as either Support/Service Centers or Authorized Dealers for Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba, and Canon. Applicants should state their area of specialization in the categories stated above and clearly write the category on the envelope.
