Our Client , a regional player in the manufacturing of edible oils and associated products is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to increase the sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area.

Reporting To: CEO
Supervision Of: Sales Team
Interacts With: Management, Clients

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
  • Analyze and interpret sales data to form sales strategies
  • Strive to meet regional quotas and contribute to the achievement of distribution center quotas
  • Monitor competition within assigned region
  • Prepare and submit reports to the CEO
  • Demonstrate true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect and effectiveness

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience: 5 years
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: Marketing, Business Administration or related
Software: MS Office, CRM tools
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: Strategic planning principles and marketing best practices in FMCG
Skills To: Persuade, negotiate and communicate effectively
Ability To: Work in a high intensity, fast paced environment
Personality: Motivated ,Analytical, Confident
Other: Creativity and commercial awareness
