Our Client, a restaurant in Ndola seeks a highly confident and experienced Front of House/Restaurant Manager for Ndola and Lusala

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reporting To: Operations Manager
Supervision Of: Team
Interacts With: Management, Clients, Customers, Employees

JOB DESCRIPTION

Being Competent in all aspects of all work done by waiters, runners, supervisors, Front house managers, Kitchen managers, Stock managers and purchasing managers.
Completing payroll summaries
Addressing employee and customer concerns
Greeting and serving customers
Being involved in hiring process
Carrying out employee evaluations
Admin and reports
Being aware and having a working understanding of company policies
Motivating employees
Holding regular staff meetings
Addressing employee and customer concerns
Planning and conducting training sessions with Front of House Managers and Supervisors
Being familiar with store evaluations procedures
Be responsible for ensuring the preparation and submission of finical reports on a timely basis
Scheduling
Ensuring that all bank deposits are completed and confirmed with receipt from the bank

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

Experience: 5 years
Education Level: Certificate Level
Qualifications: Job or Industry related
Software: MS Office
Equipment: Job related
Knowledge Of: Hospitality Industry
Skills To: Displaying strong leadership skills
Ability To: Demonstrating World Class Services
