Responsibilities
To train and supervise staff
To organise conferences/workshops/weddings and all kinds of events
Prepare market lists and purchase goods for the Lodge
To ensure staff follow health and safety guidelines
Control cost in the Kitchen and Restaurant
To deal with customer complaints immediately
