Job Purpose/Mission
EEA Zambia is looking for a bright, highly motivated and disciplined Technician with a passion for entrepreneurship, renewable energy, and financial inclusion to join our team.
Responsibilities
Inventory – Returns & Deliveries
- Offload returns from the Field
- Sort the returns in an orderly manner (follow 5s)
- Assist in tech center Inventory counts and reconciliations
Refurbishments and Kitting
- Refurbish kit accessories e.g solar panels, light bars and charging cables to meet monthly targets as set by Field Ops & Tech Team Lead
- Clean refurbished Power systems and accessories
- Sort refurbished items using 5S
- Assist in kitting targets for “refurbished kits” as set my Team Lead
Knowledge and skills
Experience:
- Ability to read and write
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication – ability to communicate with others to ensure proper
- Understanding of the importance of teamwork
- Special attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and work ethic
Qualifications:
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Certificate in a relevant field from a recognized institution is a plus
Language(s):
- English
Technology:
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
