The Opportunity

The responsibilities in the role of Graduate Trainee- Consulting shall include;

Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements.
Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, audit client’s engagement history, and planned audit approach.
Recognize potential audit issues or unusual relationships from basic analysis of the financial statements and communicate them to the assurance team.

To qualify, we require you to have

Bachelor of Accountancy, CA (Z), ACCA or equivalent qualification
Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and/or CISA certification will be of an added advantage

Skills and attributes for success

Knowledge of English at an advanced level
Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility and ability to juggle several demands at once
Contribute ideas/opinions to the assurance teams and listen/respond to other assurance team members’ views
Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the audit client’s environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
