Qualifications and Experience

1) Diploma and or Degree in Accounting Studies or other related studies
2) Computer Literacy
3) Competency with Accounting Software
4) At least 5-7 years experience working in accountancy position
5) Experience in Administration and office support
6) Not less that 2 years experience in supervisory position

Technical and Behavioral Competences
1) Good interpersonal Skills
2) Good Communication skills
3) Good team player
4) Ability to work with minimum supervision
5) Excellent computer skills

Key Performance Areas

1) Prepare Monthly Returns and Payments on all statutory Obligations
2) Prepare monthly Financial reports
3) Prepare salaries and all office payments
4) Provide Administrative support to staff, programmes, members, consultants etc
5) Prepare Annual Financial Statements
6) Supervise admin staff and supervise functions of the Administration department
7) Prepare bank reconciliations
