Position Title 1: Assistant Manager

Location: Lusaka

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Manage and administer selling of company products with brands such as continental, Hankook, Yokohama, Michelin, Goodyear, Pirelli, BFGoodrich, Mickey Thompson, Cooper, Dunlop and velocity. Automotive battery brands include ATLASBX and Duracell Automotive.
2. Responsible for coordinating opening and closing procedure at entrusted branch.
3. In Liaison with senior management develop and lead sales, marketing and business development for all products
4. Lead efforts towards building new business relationships and growing market share
5. Coordinate daily sales reporting in an accurate and timely manner
6. Ensure that all stock on hand reports are accurate and kept current at all time, bin cards vs pastel count vs physical count must match.
7. Reconcile and resolve stock discrepancies
8. Communicate and resolve customer claims and complaints in an efficient and professional manner

Knowledge, skills and abilities

1. Proven working experience in a retail based industry (Automotive) and demonstrate knowledge of products
2. Ability to exercise authority and command
3. People oriented and results driven
4. Ability to work independently with initiative to manage and meet deadlines
5. Ability to maintain good working rapport with staff including external contacts
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
7. Relevant computer software skills, including MS Word, Excel and Power Point

1. Degree in Business Administration/ Sales/ Marketing or its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience
2. Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
3. High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline

6. Valid Driver’s License not less than 2 years

Position Title 2: Stores Administrator/Cashier

Location: Lusaka

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide support to Assistant Manager with the receiving of incoming stock items.
2. Verifying the count of the incoming stock with invoices, purchase orders and inter stores voucher.
3. Receiving/dispatching of container shipments/ orders
4. Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly stock takes.
5. Communicate any and all discrepancies to Assistant Manager.
6. Ensure that stores are kept clean and neat at all times.
7. Accurately and efficiently operate Cash registers / Cash box.
8. Assist sales staff with invoicing and quotations wherever needed.
9. Accurate completion of daily sales report and communication to direct superior.
10. Maintain correct cash balances during shift.
11. Process payments made with cash, cheque’s, credit cards, and debit cards
12. Complete daily cash up, account for daily sales completed on cash, cheque, credit and card.
13. Sort, count currency to ensure that the correct amount has been received.
14. Escalate all credit note requests to direct superior.
15. Perform any other duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration/ Sales/ Marketing/ Bookkeeping or its equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry.

Position Title 3: Counter Sales Person

Location: Lusaka

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Accurately and efficiently operate Cash registers / Cash box.
2. Raise quotations and invoices on system
3. Assist sales staff with invoicing and quotations wherever needed.
4. Maintain correct cash balances during shift.
5. Process payments made with cash, cheque’s, credit cards, and debit cards
6. Complete daily cash up, account for daily sales completed on cash, cheque, credit and card.
7. Sort, count currency to ensure that the correct amount has been received.
8. Process returns and exchanges
9. Be aware of all promotions and advertisements that affect product prices.
10. Communicate all promotional prices and items to customers at sales counter.
11. Maintain and assist with cleaning workstation (Sales counter)
12. Ensure all items on display is clean and presentable.
13. Assist with stocking and cleaning all display stands located at sales counter.
14. Communicate company policies and procedures to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Sales/ Marketing or its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience

Position Title 4: Workshop Supervisor

Location: Lusaka

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Carrying out systematic checks on all vehicles to ascertain any faults and potential solutions.
2. Ability to operate wheel alignment machines optimally,
3. Have hands on experience and knowledge of wheel balancing and other tyre related functions.
4. Accurately open and complete Job Cards to ensure that all records of the vehicles serviced are completely and correctly filled in and kept for record purposes.
5. Maintaining vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
6. Ensure all job cards are correctly signed for to show the works undertaken by each team member.
7. Fully adhering and strictly complying with all HSE Manuals, Guidelines and Memos.
8. Any other duties as delegated by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Automotive Certificate Holder with 3-6 years’ experience, preferably in Transport and/or Logistics and/ in an international company
2. Strong communication and organizational skill
3. Valid Driver’s License not less than 2 years
4. Diligent with strong attention to detail and a technical and analytical focus in order to minimise risk;
5. Results orientated with delivery capabilities and good time management skills that can work in fast paced environment;

Position Title 5: Storeman

Location: Lusaka

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist the stores supervisor with the receiving of incoming stock items.
2. Verifying the count of the incoming stock with invoices, purchase orders and inter stores voucher.
3. Transfer of inventory (Tyres) into the storage facility.
4. Ensure that all tyres are placed on tyre racks.
5. Assist with arrangement of tyres according to size and pattern.
6. Assist with receiving/dispatching of container shipments at main storage facility whenever required.
7. Loading of stock scheduled for delivery.
8. Responsible for transferring stock from stores to fitment center for fitting.
9. Assist with weekly and monthly stock takes.
10. Ensure that all used tyres are removed from the fitment floor.
11. Ensure that stores are kept clean and neat at all times.
12. Any other duties as delegated by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma in supply chain and logistics field will be advantageous.
2. Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in inventory related positions
3. Diligent with strong attention to detail;
4. Results orientated with delivery capabilities and good time management skills that can work in fast paced environment;

Position Title 6: Wheel Alignment Technician

Location: Lusaka

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Aligning customer vehicle on vehicle lift and alignment machine.
2. Ensure that all parts and tyres are collected and or received in a timely manner to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
3. Carry out routine wheel nut checks, not only on customer’s request.
4. Identify any worn-out components and notify respective client of findings.
5. Ensure that all workshop waste is disposed of on a daily basis.
6. Maintain and clean workshop equipment on a daily basis.
7. Inform direct superior of any faulty equipment and requirements, especially alignment machine.
8. Takes ownership of wheel alignment process.
9. Ensures that all customer details are recorded accurately and correct on wheel alignment machine.
10. Jobs not completed must be accounted for on daily basis, maintain wheel alignment book.
11. Any other duties as delegated by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience of tyre fitting, wheel alignment and tyre inspection processes
2. Previous experience working in a related environment.
3. Craft certificate or training courses completed in tyre fitment / alignment will be advantages.
4. Valid driver’s license of not less than 2 years.

Position Title 6: Driver

Location: Lusaka

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Transport goods, materials and sometimes staff securely and in a timely manner to areas where they are needed or as instructed by supervisor/manager
2. Ensure that vehicles are in road worthy condition and cleaned both interior and exteriod.
3. Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound before departing
4. Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or technician
5. Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).
6. Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance
7. Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
8. Follow all road regulations and safety standards
9. Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor
10. Any other duties as delegated by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in driving different types of vehicles.
2. Previous experience working in an automotive retail environment will be an added advantage
3. Grade 12 Certificate
4. Valid driver’s license of not less than 5 years
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills

Position Title 7: Tyre Fitter

Location: Lusaka

Duties and Responsibilities

1. All areas of the workshop are kept in a condition of cleanliness that promotes a professional image of the department and meets health and safety standards.
2. Ensure that all parts and tyres are collected and or received in a timely manner to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
3. Identify any worn-out components and notify respective client of findings.
4. Maintain and clean workshop equipment on a daily basis.
5. Inform direct superior of any faulty equipment and requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Position Title 8: Mobile Broadband (MBB) Sales Manager

Location: Lusaka

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Independently responsible for the sales of Huawei MBB products (Routers, CPE).
2. Ensuring the completion of market targets, sales targets and payment collection targets.
3. Establish, consolidate, and maintain relationships with local carriers based on market strategies.
4. Collect market information and competitive product information for business analysis.
5. Assist the test department in signing for, sending samples, and performing some simple tests.
6. Conduct commercial negotiation with the procurement department of the carrier.
7. Assist the HQ in completing the entire project until the project is closed.
8. Maintains great relations with vendors, contractors, subscribers, customers, and the general public in carrying out the responsibilities of this position
9. Any other duties as delegated by supervisor/ management.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

1. Be familiar with Huawei device products (Routers, CPE).
2. Have experience in MBB product project sales.
3. Work experience related to carrier customer relations is preferred.
4. Working in MBB industry for more than 3 years is preferred.

Qualifications and requirements

1. Degree in Sales/ Marketing or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in telecom industry or information technology.
3. Ability to work alone & unmanaged and to work as part of a team when required
