MULTIPLE POSITIONS AT GOLDCHANCE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED.

1. DESIGN ARCHITECT- INTERN

Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Areas

• Developing initial design concepts aligned with client requirements and project goals.
• Creating detailed 3D Models, Architectural drawings & renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Responsible for design decisions, involving Spatial, Aesthetics and Detailing of materials.
• Perform site visits and analysis to gather information on existing conditions, constraints, and context for design projects.
• Collaborate in Delivering quality architectural projects & able to think outside the box
• Project leadership including client liaison.
• Selecting materials, finishes & furnishings that meet design, budget and sustainability criteria.
• Ensuring projects are completed with high levels of design and technical competency.
• Participate in internal projects aimed to improve scalability, quality or efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• BSc. / BA/ Hon. Degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Experience: Entry level 1 – 2 Years experience
• Licensed Member of EIZ or ZIA

2.  QUANTITY SURVEYOR – INTERN

Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Areas

Qualifications

• Experience: Entry level 1 – 2 Years experience
• Accreditation/ Licensing/ Membership: Surveyors Institute of Zambia /ZIQS / NCC/ EIZ
