Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence according to GS Cash Advance administrative policies
- Provide general support to visitors and maintain contact and signing lists
- Compile and maintain transport, insurance and travel records
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems, both manually and electronically
- Fill out purchase requisitions, inventories as well as order materials, supplies and services for approval by senior management
- Manages the diaries for training bookings, meetings, among others
- Be the first point of contact for office maintenance, cleaning and security personnel
- Keep stock of stationary supplies for all departmental units
- Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
- Ensure official correspondences to external parties in an effective and timely manner
- Receiving, processing and sending mail, documents and information
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for senior management
Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- Must have a minimum of a grade 12 Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Diploma in Office Administration, Diploma in Business Administration or any equivalent combination of education and experience to perform job duties may be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management skills
- Initiative and problem solving
- Excellent computer skills using Office Software such as Excel, Word and Power Point
- Trust worthy and ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information
