The Head, Financial Education, Women and Youth Empowerment will be responsible for developing, and strengthening strategic Financial Education interventions for Women, Youth and People with Disabilities with a view to, increase their income and basic services access and opportunities, and ultimately improve their wellbeing and futures.
She/ He will also ensure expansion improved market facilitation of gender responsive and youth inclusive financial services including the development and management of innovation support facilities to stimulate or catalyse growth.
This is a senior and highly technical position, based in Lusaka, reporting to the Director Gender, Youth and Financial Education at FSD Zambia, with supervisory responsibilities for the Programme Manager, Programme Officer and Programme Assistant- WIN.
