HEROCEAN SUPPLY CHAIN ZAMBIA LIMITED WISHES TO INVITE APPLICATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS TO FILL THE FOLLOWING VACANCIES.

1.POSITION: CASHIER

Duties and responsibilities:

Issuing of receipts.
Process return transactions.
Giving cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of a work shift.
Balancing Cash on a daily basis
Resolving customers’ queries, problems and any other issues that may arise.
Contributing to team effort by completing the assigned tasks
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Maintain checkout operations by following policies and procedures and report any needed changes.
Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Full grade 12 certificate
Diploma accounts, Banking and finance or any related program.
Proficient in Excel.

2. BUSINESS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

LOCATION : SOLWEZI

Duties and responsibilities:
Entering and maintaining accurate up to date information in the system.
Enter orders and stock updating data as well as receive and process client orders.
Scan documents and print when needed.
Keep information confidential.
Management of stock orders.
Perform any other duty to be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Knowledge in business operations policies
Diploma or Equivalent in business administration or any other related field.
Experience in the same position is an added advantage.
Must be good with Excel, word.
knowledge of ERP system but not a must.

3.RECEPTIONIST

Duties and responsibilities:
Welcome visitors/clients and answer queries.
Respond professionally to clients and other callers.
Introduce the products that the company is offering.
Write quotations/ orders for clients.
Directing and guiding clients to the accounts all the way through production until collection.
Direct visitors to correct person and hand out applications to the Human Resource Office.
Ensure clients leave company premises happy and satisfied.
Keep the reception clean and neat.
Perform any other duties to be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Diploma or better in Marketing/any management field
Experience as a front desk person is an added advantage

4. FIELD SALES PERSONS

Duties and responsibilities:
Attend to clients needs and queries.
Raise orders and issue quotations.
Walk clients through the payment process.
Attend to any duty to be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:

Diploma or better in business administration,Marketing/business related course
Experience as a field sales person is an advantage.
