JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Partic ipate in drafting the relevant Human Resource management po li cies of th e branch company and organize and arrange t he implementation
    of policies training for employeesnremuneration and welfare policies and caculation process
  • A ssist Dept Head to implement the Human Resources strategy of the branch company
  • Ac cording to the dept. needs of employees , propose aninternal personnel deployment plan (including internal transfer in and out),and after dept . manager’s review, promote the optimal deployment of personnel
  • Put forward rectification opinions and supervise improvements to the corresponding problems departments face in response to the problems reported by employees daily
  • Maintain the employee file management work , and carry out regular updates, sorting, and storage
  • Settling of disputes in the work space
  • Manage employee labor contracts and probation confirmation work
  • Follow up the signing of the labor contracts and the comfirmation of probation employees as scheduled

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Human resource Management/Business Related
  • Grade 12  Certificate
  • Knowledge of Zambian Labor Laws
  • 5 years Job experience, 3 Industry and 2 Related
  • Can work under pressure and under minimum Supervision
  • Between 28-38 years Of Age
